To the sense of the Regulation (UE) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR, from here “Regulation”), this page describes the modality of the process of personal data of the user that consults the website of Health Care Clown Pathways (from now “HCCP”), accessible by internet at the following website: www.erasmushccp.eu

Current information is not concerned to other web sites, pages, or services reachable through hypertext link eventually published on the website, but referred to external resources of the HCCP domain.

The personal data showed in this page are processed from Fondazione in the execution of its tasks of public interest or however related to the practice of its own public authority.

Categories of personal data and purpose of the processing.

Navigation data

The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate this web site acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.

This data category includes the IP addresses and/or the domain names of the computers and terminal equipment used by any user, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of such requests, the method used for submitting a given request to the server, returned file size, a numerical code relating to server response status (successfully performed, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.

These data are necessary to use web-based services and are also processed to

• extract statistical information on service usage (most visited pages, visitors by time/date, geographical areas of origin, etc.);

• check functioning of the services.

Navigation data are kept for no longer than seven days (except where judicial authorities need such data for establishing the commission of criminal offences).

Data communicated by user

Sending messages, on the basis of the user’s free, voluntary, explicit choice, to the HCCP’s contact addresses, entail the acquisition of the sender’s contact information , which is necessary to provide a reply , as well as of all the personal data communicated in that manner.

Specific information notices will be displayed on the HCCP website’s pages that are used for providing certain services.

Data Recipients

Personal data are processed by the staff of Fondazione, that operate on the base of specific instructions provided in the order of purposes and modality of the process itself.

Data subjects’ rights

Data subjects have the right to obtain form Fondazione, where appropriate, access to their personal data as well as the amendment or erasure of their data or the restriction of the processing concerning them, or to disagree to the processing  (Articles 15 and following of the Regulation).

Right to complain

If the persons concerned consider that the processing of personal data related to them, performed through this website, violates the Regulation, they have the right to submit a complaint to the Guarantee, as written in the art. 77 of the Regulation, or appeal a judicial proceeding (art 79 of the Regulation).

Cookies’ report

No personal data of the users is acquired purposely by the website. The website does not use cookies to transmit personal data, neither are cookies of any type persistently use, that is systems for tracing users.

The use of sessions cookies (that are not registered in a continuous way in the computer and vanish with the closure of the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of an identified session (made up by the creation of casual numbers created by the server) necessary to explore in security and efficiently the web site. The session cookies used in this website avoid the use of other IT potentially damaging for the privacy of the users, cookies do not allow the acquisition of personal data that could identify the user. The use of permanent cookies is strictly limited to the purchase of statistic data regarding the access to the web site.

The website uses a market product to notice the access at its own site. The product uses the permanent technic cookie, so called monitoring cookie, to collect statistic information on “unique visitors” (different people) of the website. Those cookies include an alphanumeric code that identifies the navigation computers, without a collection of personal data. In every website page there is a portion of the code, aimed to collect statistic data on the use of the website, also in this case without collection of personal data. Eventually the disabling of the monitoring cookie on its own position will not condition in anyway the interaction with the website.

Specifically, the websites of HCCP uses Google Analytics service of Google, Inc. (from now “Google”) to generate statistics on the use of the web; Google uses cookies (not from third parts) that do not save personal data. The information obtained from the cookies on the use of the website from the users (IP address included) will be transmitted to Google from the browsers’ user, located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, and registered in the society server.

According to the Terms of service, Google will use that information, as owner of the process, to trace and analyze the use of the web site, fill up report on the activities of the website in favour to the operator of the website and to give further services concerning the activities of the website, the connecting modality (mobile, pc, browser used, exc..) and the modality of research and achievement of the web pages. Google could move that information to a third part, where forced by the law or when the third part processes the above information on behalf of Google. Google will not associate the IP address to any other owned by Google.

To install technical cookies, the users’ prior approval is not required, while remains the duty to give the report according to art. 13 of Civil Code.

During the navigation in the web sites of HCCP, the user could receive on his computer also cookies that have been sent from third parties: web sites or web servers different from the site consulted, such as Google Analytics and social network such us Facebook,  Twitter, Linkedin, Google+, Youtube e Instagram.

HCCP has no access to data that are gathered and treated in full autonomy by the managers of social networks.
